No likes.. I can say decent salary rest everything is worst

Management is worst,Don't prefer the project location as Hyderabad.Manager SUNIL KADAM who regulates the project is a fool, He doesn't have a sense and he don't have the technical knowledge and he don't know the process, overall environment is very clumsy.. Lot of politics among the people's.No night shift allowance, He will keep the persons in the shift whenever he wants,no shift regulations.even though complaint to the HR they are not take any action.

Only you can find slow working environment with Moksa Technologies. Salary would be credit on time thats one positive thing.

Dislikes

So many cons are there with this company- 1. No Work Life Balance. 2. No Timely salary increments. 3. Managers are taking credits for their teams work. 4. Your job is only secured unless you're favorite of Manager or management. 5. No access will be provided to learn new things.

.... Even processes are there but Company has many excuses to not follow the same. Except for time Salary, nothing is good.

Politics are running on a very high level. During a time of 2 & a half years of the job not seen my manager or anyone from the management team who can visit and try to understand the Employee working at the Hyderabad client location. Not getting proper responses from HR. Once you join, HR will stop answering your call. The appraisal process is very worst and slow. You will get an appraisal or not that is even a secret and in the end moment, you will get surprises. You will get a call from the manager at any time to work on the issue. But you will not get any appreciation from the manager for the same. No other allowances, even if you get & claim for it, it will take 3-4 months to get approval and credited the amount. Struggling to get the F&F amount for more than 7 months, even after following up with the HR & Finance team not getting any response or timeline.

There is no issues with job security and salary.

Despite the current covid 19 situations, everyone was asked to attend their respective offices from 13th july 2020. Policies are near to disastrous in this company.

TL think as he is only running the project. How can two real siblings be in the same project where elder one is TL in this younger one is always going to take advantage of it. many peoples leaves organization/project due to their behaviour
