...dwide. The employee can learn a lot and achieve a lot, but you can't earn a lot. As i learned that, wherever Indian management, you can learn more and there is no growth in salary due to internal Indian politics. Whoever has been working, h/she will be working a lot but higher management will monitor for workload, but will forget when the salary growth.

Higher management believes, work-less talk more and management doesn't believe work-more talk less.

Strong technical team.Supportive management, timely salary, work-life balance and other facilities like accommodation transport etc

People are not supportive, Less increments & Promotions, Staff shortage , work culture , No training and growth.

1. Timings are fixed 2. Scope of work and implementing new things is huge 3. Co-workers are fun

1. Controlled by top management without ground visibility 2. No recognition of work and hard work 3. Strict policies which changes every 3 months

Fake company, they cheat during the interview. I was recruited and the time of interview they informed me that we have proper team and call center for lead generation. But they don’t have any support and when I join I was the only one to take care of the following lead generation, project implementation, product onboarding and more. In short please don’t go for the name. MHD ITICS worst company I ever work. MHD ACREA is different company. Before joint do your basic checks

A company of repute but mhd not a good employer. No job security and too much partiality. Honestly no scope for growth and increment. Company with poor decision making top management who falter In Their role and blame the peers below.
