Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

If an employee able to appraise his superiors and good spooling, you can survive in this group as Management is weak, this company is running by politicians whi do not care company growth, and if these politicians can remove any good employee who works really for company because management is weak and they do not worry. That is the main reason this 50 years old company is still back and dependent on these foolish politicians and can take decisions independently.

management's blind trust on immediate managers (VPs &GMs)without checking what is facts though these managers are not transparent
