1. Less salary. But in that field the salaries are like that only. Except that everything is fine and nice place to work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work area is good but other benefits like leaves , p.f, cutting and etc are bad. Management are not effective. No gaming space and encourage. Hospital are not best but ok

There is a lot of politics and the management. Salary is decent but growth is very slow. There is no bond.

Company culture is too worst Strict timings but for entry only you have to exit after their confirmation can sit ideal from morning to evening 5 or 5:30 then works keep coming... Employees will be treated based on the cast horrible work culture @ head office

All are dislikes except job security and pay role but people who have respect towords themself will not able to stay long periods.

Work - life balance is very good in Mohan Spintex. As an emerging company in home textiles it will propagate at slow pace, do your part of development and your growth will be decided with company's business.
