I have worked as an executive for 1 year. But i think that the pressure is huge but according to the work the salary is low. It must be minimum Rs.15000 for an executive as they struggle a lot and mainly they have the main pressure ,burden and responsibilities.

Everything, they cheat their clients, they cheat their employees, even they will spend on personal expenses but stop the payment of salaries due to paucity of funds.

The company is a big brand in automobile sector. I love the fact that I am a part of this company. We work this company very freely with punctual timing. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day. This company administration and lab-our act norms is not excellent.

Here working at mohans motors is good. Working here we get knowledge of vehicle's. I learnt a lot from this office.

Here we won't have any time sometime we should work late hours. There is no annual increments.
