The company had poor top management .no board of directors meetings.no AGM .the chairman sat in Delhi.just wanted money.was fond of chamchas.being the EP had told him number of times but no result.took VRS but till date not all dues paid since 2002. He sold of his shares and the company to traders without share holders meeting and approval.the new management shifted the brewery to unnao and tied up with carlsberg and tuborg with a new canning plant etc.
