Dislikes

A NGO cannot provide any extra benefits. But I feel it lacked opportunities for staff from across the countries to know each other better. There could have been some funds just for staff development programs through one day excursions.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
