No salary on time Keeping documents of students and staff when they joined,If document required you need to give one month salary as security. All money coming from fees goes to Movie production and leisure life of owners No travel policy for senior management Every month average 15 people gives resign from University Faculty comes from top colleges join and left early due to work culture here Owners family issues comes insidenthe college

Good placements for students.

Dislikes

No hike for 7 years onwards. You don't find satisfaction. They fire for no reason saying we'll give 3 months pay. After no response. Later when you resign, you don't know whom you have to consult for answering your queries.
