Excellent working environment, happy employees, learning is great for young employees, security of tenure is very good

When the company change from private ownership to public corporation so many new employees work in the company without knowledge of the job.

Well Mohammad Al Mojil Group is one of the biggest sub contractor in the Middle East. I spent 7 years in various projects in the Kingdom and working with MMG is a big of challenge.

Dislikes

Most of the complains among employees are the missed management. Because they hired some employees and engineers from other countries who has no enough capability and technical know how. I am very much sad about what happened to MMG. I hope someday somehow this company will rise again.

K.S.A , Jubail was the center of Mohammad Al Mojil Group. They giving good training and skill development. The plus point is they giving best safety. Also they give medical facilities. The company introduce good equipment & technology. They’re also constructing oil & gas,civil works.Mostily they are in Saudi.
