Communication gap between interdepartment, random work from Management. Basically not suitable if you want happy and stable life

The best and excellent place only for villages peoples. Not suitable for professionals. No security for you. Some peoples are ruling here from years and years as per their own and home rules, systems. Political environment from ground level to top management. No values of your knowledge. If you can follow the inner political party's rules you can residence here up to your retirement. Don't wast your time and self esteem at this type of industrias.
