One of Owner was very nice & knowledgable but she didn’t have any power to give you job security.

Dislikes

Only few old peoples like so called corporate GM & one so called Chef have hold on entire company they both are illiterate and didn’t know even what is hospitality , casuals staff are good enough then them .They through out you from the company (even you are doing good job )without any reason.They are doing politics with good staff & making own profit and safe their profile only .

As per my experience to work with Moët’s catering plethora of Gud think with this company for example owner of this company Mr. Sandeep Bindra he is the best…and making of food very nicely Overall Moets is a very good catering service company.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
