MoEngage was a fun-loving workplace with a great work-life balance, which I am missing in my current org. Apart from that Moengage works on cutting-edge tech stacks which helps employees to shape their careers in a better way. Anniversary celebrations and gifts on different occasions are always there for employees. Overall Moengage presents a very good work culture. Moreover, in the solutions team, everybody is really flexible, especially my manager.

The salary hike is a bit lengthy process and last year they did not give a penny as a hike.

Supportive Manager: My immediate manager is highly supportive, and creates a positive work environment. Strong Team Camaraderie: My teammates are excellent to work with. We have built strong bond and enjoy spending time together both professionally and socially.

Lack of Leadership Support: The head of Solutions Engineering does not adequetly support or trust his team. He fails to stand by his team during challenging time. Also, I have observed him passing racist comments to teammates publically, which doesn't suits anyone, especially to a person at a higher position in leadership hierarchy.

As a solution engineer I appreciate the company's commitment and customer centricity. There is strong focus on continuous learning of the product, technologies etc. But few things are not acceptable at all.

No clear definition of growth paths in solutions, Opening IJP is totally a waste or just for a name sake, Head leadership style, Lack of transparency, Frequent changes are disrupting our day to day work, Most appropriate is FAVORITISM & BIAS.

I wanted to provide some candid feedback regarding Head of Support as his behavior is negatively impacting the work environment and team morale, Below are my concerns: 1. BODY SHAMING: Frequently makes inappropriate comments about employee's appearances in front of others, which is truly unprofessional and demotivating. 2. TWO FACED BEHAVIOR: Appears supportive and friendly in front of employees but engages in gossip and backbiting behind their backs, creating a toxic atmosphere. 3. UNPROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR: Exhibits behavior reminiscent of stereotypical gossips, which undermines their credibility as a leader. 4. LACK OF MATURITY: Displays immaturity in handling situations and team dynamics, which reflects poorly on the organisation. 5. POOR SENSE OF HUMOR: Attempts at humor often come off as inappropriate or offensive, further alienating the team. 6. LEADERSHIP SHORTCOMINGS: Under his leadership, the solution/support teams are unlikely to grow or achieve success. His approach lacks too much vision for our growth. 7. MICROMANAGEMENT & DISTRUST: Constantly micromanages the team, demonstrating a lack of trust in employee's abilities. I feel that if his individual continues to lead the team, it may result in significant employee dissatisfaction, leading to numerous exits and resignations, ultimately hindering MoEngage's growth.
