a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Worst place to work. Salary will not be credited on time. Some times delayed by 2 weeks. HR lied to me. They said Salary range is 3 to 5 lakhs and I had to work for 2 weeks before getting offer letter. Then they extend the period to 3 and then 4 weeks. The the Salary will be 15,000 rs per month. Salary will be never credited on time. We have contact HR 100 times and she wont respond.

People working here are not that rude unless you question the company. If you do so they'll ask you to mind your own business.

Dislikes

They don't disclose anything initially, unpaid work for 1 month and as you get to work for them they'll give you work load for every penny they give.
