... ideas in field. Work culture is of mid 1930's before industrial act took place. Overtime without pay and job pressure struggling to manage family life is a regular over here.

Dislikes

You have to forget your family to work over here. Work hours will average to above 12 hours without overtime. Leave entitlement is there but only if your supervisor accepts. If you are in contractual role and in Execution you will be squeezed to your last ounce of effort with no medical benefits.

Management is supportive if any mistake is done by you.

Dislikes

Almost no increament, Lots of work load difficult to maintain work-life balance, Fresh joinees don't get enough salary and increament, Lots of politics in office. Trainings are cancelled at last time by saying you have lots of work will give you training later that later means never.
