...work and always give pressure mainly to new joiner employes without any reasons. Getting higher position and enjoying their salary while Dumping stocks in Psr head quaters to save his job while psr is facing problem.

Products are well known to doctors, but the upper management will not giving you any support, they just put fake calls and earning huge incentive, because of them PSR's are also not working at they give big adjustments

Dislikes

Very low TA, DA expenses are very low . You have to pay from your pocket if you are traveling to out station.

Work culture didn't align with my work style or personal values . Working hours quite demanding which impacted my work life balance and last few months salary late credit date by day.

Salary always on time. No Restrictions on leave. Lunch/Buffet unlimited for all the employees in just Rs. 350/PM. Parking Reimbursement. Conveyances reimbursement for work outside the office. I have learnt so many things over the years from all my seniors and given resources. Boss nature is very good.

Dislikes

Appraisal always fix for all the employees i.e. same for who work hard as well as who not work hard. Everyone except HOD wants to take advantage of new comers. Everyone wants to use you as an assistant. There is no fix work for this given role, you have to do all the works without any excuses or denies for that work. If you feel that work is not lying to you, you still not to complaint anyone, you have to do that without any discussion.

...because company is base on continus drug release technology and brand knowledge. Salary ,career growth all thing are good.i love the fact that I am part of Modi mundi pharma.
