Salary on time, GM and HR are very good. we are only here because of these two only. they take care of every employee

Dislikes

Manager and Team leaders are not good. they treated like us labour. from past many years the work is not organized but they want us to clear all in one day. specially team leaders in ahmedabad are very bad.

there is nothing to like about Modex trading because management is not thinking at list 1% of employees they just need labor

they are not increasing salary time to time, working hours are not flexible, they don't provide work from home or remotely work very strict

... Auditor all are just doing data entry task which will increase typing speed) 6. Cost Saving (by working in Modex you will learn how to work hard without getting salary hike & Promotion which helps learning in cost saving) 7. Approval process like Enternet Explorer: Highlight any issue,then seat back , relax and enjoy that approval getting diverted here and there for more than 6-7 month... too much fun ! 8.

1. No Role & Responsibility clarifications 2.No proper Salary hike or increment structure (no increment this year) 3.No Decision making power with any Manager, Senior Manager Or GM 4.No proper basic Facilities in excuse of Cost Saving (No Allotted Parking + No Elevator + not even Tissue Papers) 5.Not a Appreciative culture for Employee 6. Office Politics (just to get employee on low budget they would even hire not suitable candidate from one specific region or religion) 7. No proper training for freshers 8. No Retention Policy (Person can left if they want to)

Never expect increment, they are not giving ..so if u want to continue with same salary for two year or more then apply... They are giving new people high salary then current employee
