The salary for Assistant teachera is just Rupees 8542 with no hope of increment ever. No internal posting. So, if you're an assistant teacher then you'll always be confined to that. You can never become a PRT or anything no matter how much experience you gain working here.

I just love working there. I had a good faculty members and a very supportive coordinator.I learn each and every methods of teaching kids and handling them. That was my first job there as a teacher and I enjoyed a lot there.

MVN was wonderful place to work with Shri Gopal Sharma but now only the science and the Maths teachers get paid as per the grades and other non important subject teachers are given extra duties. Co ordinator in particular are like dictators. I think Mr Varun Sharma needs to really take a review of this

Nothing positive from March 23, 2020 (the day Lockdown announced) to till date....we are getting only 45-50 percent of the total salary even though they have charged students for fee for the coming semester.

Dislikes

Lot of salary cuts and retrenchment is going on in the university....even HOD of our department has been fired last week.....lot of politics going on and there is no place or fully intolerance for any new ideas. I a crux, this university is terrible place to work.....
