- Inexperienced and Immature Management - No HR - No policies for employess - Company is not employee friendly - 0 coordination between management and employees. - Fake commitments regarding work from home days while joining. - Office Location is not good. - Mostly website google reviews are from the employees as they ask you to rate them on your very first day of joining. - No professional growth in terms of learning and skills development. - Scripted processes. One doesn't have any right to solve any customer issue or write any email on his own. Management decides what one should write and say. - Not open to new ideas. - Unnecessary meetings. - Nobody's job role is clear. - Basic facilities are missing in the office.

When you have a good and deserving boss, everything in the job feels good. I had a short journey with the company with a lot more learning experience. Being a startup implementing a culture and processes that other established companies are still struggling to get is commendable. Clean office, with no lack of any resource to work smoothly.
