No work life balance in Bhilai Factory, Factory head ask to their employee to work 12 hours a day and even on Sunday, if not they will torture you in different way, The provide Coff instead of working extra hour but when you ask for Coff leave they denied to sign the leave application. No such HR policy in organisation. The organisation is run by fool people. Thanks almighty for saving me from this organisation.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.As a result,I get to travel all India for work.

The company plant head is favour's only those who buttering there is no value of knowledge, skill and degree.Plant head - Santosh kumar yadav has less skill and experience and entire day soughting on worker and managers. Even they have tendency to fight with employees. No such any policy and no any benefit to.work with this organisation. This is totally mess, unorganised working calture Not suggesting any one to join this organisation.please avoid to join the organisation.

When the company started at that time management is very good, but now every thing is useless.

Company management is very bad. Only buttering people can get the attention from the senior management. Working hard people effort useless.
