New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Job security is rating average because MODERN FOTWARE is always trending shop in the market job shifting is very high process 13hours work because more customers are coming daily it's a famous shop so we don't have take rest. Culture is good from boss but culture is depending upon employees how he behaves it's attitude, equality, good communication with employees good relationship this are qualityes are adopted in MODERN FOTWARE. In our MODERN FOTWARE management means taking the opinions from the salesman what type of commodity is fast moving all plans are ideas taping from the salesman and finally the manager analysing the points and ideas how much is right after he takes the dicistion so our management is strong management. Our Company policys are. Your honestly work is your bright future, do the work with pride, maintain quality work, update your performance, do hard work on projects, good behavior and good attitude are the good. Are the qualityes are a successful person. Maintain your valuable time.
