If you just want to spend some time just for the sake of job you probably can join however, never expect anything from this school. This school is pure business. Staff teachers are really good.

...as a guest teacher moreover, they will never appoint you as a permanent teacher. If salary is not the concern you may join for fun.

...hen they loath the web of their true colors, inside politics become intolerable. Salary is good if you are after money, this is the place for you. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but if you want a short experience of the teaching world, can be considered. Just a suggestion, if you plan to join, make sure you have a strict upfront towards children and mum among colleagues may be then your experience be a better one than mine.

Fellow faculties are ohk, its good to start your carrer with this institute, steady career growth

If you are looking for money then this place is for you. But many a times you have to compromise with you self esteem. School management is mot so good... fellow teachers are ok but students are so stubborn that environment becomes so tiring and frustrating that new faculties can go even in depression.

It's a great place to work for those who are looking for healthy work environment. I also liked the fact that I was given enough liberty in terms of trying new things in my own work domain. There is lots of consideration when it comes to employees personal problems as they are allowed to take leave as and when required.

Dislikes

Scope of career growth is almost negligible.
