I worked here for 6 months and then had to leave as they delayed 3 months. Atlast, they paid only 2 months and didn't pay last month salary. I anticipated the situation before, so submitted my resignation. At last, the company didn't pay last month salary. Teammates were cooperative and good people. Mostly Doctors, they were good to me. There's no job security, management may seem good people, but they can change faces as and when required- whatever serves them. Beware! When the funds are over, they won't pay your salary. They will ignore you and treat you like insects. Politics against employees. HR is the main culprit in the overall politics. You have plenty of room to experiment and apply innovative ideas in the content team. Can't comment about other teams. Work-life balance in my team was good.
