...They ask to sign bond for 1-2 year, rule is same for experienced candidates too. compensation is 4-8 months salary, which is a very huge amount. If you resign, your salary stops and you work without salary during notice period. After relieving, they stop responding and refuse to pay. They terminate suddenly and do not pay you salary and FnF also they do not provide relieving letter. 1 morning, I got terminated without any call or discussion and they refused to pay FnF after 2 months of follow up. I am going through financial crisis and emotional break-down due too this company. All, dont join this company, it will be waste of time and energy

...ly ill mannered. And they are money-minded and opportunist with their employees. The day any project is gone, from the same day your billing will be stopped and so your salary will not be given from those days(unbilled days). 2) HR guys are the worst in this company. They don't know how to talk with their Employee. Very RUDE in talk. This expected behavior as the leadership guys are also having the same characteristics.
