Dislikes

No work at all, nothing to learn. Waited for more thn 8 months to get a client interview. No interview scheduled & if interview is schedule that also not related to past experience. Managers do changes in the resume as per the client needs & they don't inform about the changes to employees & they blames employees for not clearing interviews.. Fear of getting laid off.. Most of the employees are in bond for 2 or 3years..

I worked in client location, Work culture and very supportive environment, i cann't stop saying the process for support is very fast. In my case i seek parental insurance which was urgent in that time and was approved immediately able to use within few hours. Thanks.

Manager was very friendly. The team was not having much projects when I worked there, but manager was trying to keep up the works for everyone. Great work life balance, good place for a fresher.

- Management decisions are bad - Management does not get updated in the domain I worked - Getting hardware resources is a pain
