Late salary, employees are getting salary after 2 to 3 months. No appraisal on time. Deduct EPF and TDS from employees but not deposit in employees respective accounts. More than 1 year no FNF clearance from company side. Every time said next month. Also no responding on time. after 5 to 6 days or more that that then they will respond with next fake payment date and on that day no response from either any management side or any other respective person. No Job security: Without let you know reason company will terminate you without 1 month notice. So overall company is not good for employees professional life as well as for mental health.
