Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...e metro station - Saket. So there is not much to travel once out of Delhi metro. The Owner is cool, he knows he'll fire you if you ask for the salary dues (normally they hold salaries for months), so he compensate by giving less work and less monitoring.

Dislikes

They delay the salary. Sometimes delays by 2 months. There is no fixed time for salary. Normally you get it after 15th of next month. If your salary due is above 3 months, they fire you without paying and does not give anything in writing. Dues can only be recovered if you file a case in Labour Court. There are 6 days working and roles are not specified.
