...en the most supportive organization I have worked for in my 11 years carrier. Pay structure is awesome. Managers give liberty of making decisions in your work area and welcome initiatives

Nothing other than working from home.

Dislikes

1) Selfish management 2) no principle driven leadership, 3) no engineering mindset. If you go to office feels disconnected. Managers are getting promoted every year without any skill addition or added responsibility. Whole system is corrupted, now Hexaware is taking over and showing these fake managers their real worth. HR Director got fired, account Head got fired, TA acquisition head got fired, and so on.... Center head is asked to be billable and play scrum master role, he is feeling "why didn't I learned something about engineering so long" and trying to relocate US but again Visa problem with "P". You reap what you sow. Hexaware leadership understood and not planning to expand this location. Here you will get all jerks who are not interested to learn or teach or influence juniors. Typical Indian management who likes you if you follow.... Note : Mobiquity is taken over by Hexaware couple of year before.

Company is employee friendly and you will get lot of opportunities to learn

Hexaware took over mobiquity after that all policies are changed and not employee friendly. Even appraisal is also degraded after this take over

Company work culture is good for a city like Ahmedabad. Good work life balance. WFH policy is great.

Dislikes

Promotions and Hikes are not based on your performance. They mostly have projects from Backbase. So if you don't want to work with backbase, very limited options you have here. Politics for hikes & promotions, it only depends on your relationships with a few big people. This company is good for mobile & web development but not so good for backend work. They don't have that backend exposure and related projects.

Likes

Management is damn amazing. There's minimal interference in your work, so everyone at Mobiquity is free to be creative and do a good job on their own. The company has a flat organisational structure and flexible working hours. Furthermore, they hold an Ace award ceremony to honour their staff every month.

Dislikes

I can't think of anything negative to say about working here, other than maybe that if you're a mediocre performer who can't handle own responsibilities, you shouldn't be a liability to the firm.
