...by a puppet HR and Hunder is in the of Indian GM who is always hunterd by CEO. No culture,no work environment, no training, no motivation and very big NO to Salary.

Dislikes

Nothing is good in this company. Even its not a company. We could call it a Shop of 20-25people working under a wrost management. HR is very irritating, proudy and nonsense. No slarry credit on time. PF amount deduct from ur CTC but never credited in PF account and HR doesn't has answer for this. Fixed variable deducts in your slary but never paid to you. They expect work without training in any domain for which you didn't have experience.

...nd the company has evolved very strongly during tough times and during pandemic. Not a single salary cut has happened since last 2 years and instead promotions, good salary hike was given to employees who performed well. Management has always valued the employees as an asset . Though there are many bad reviews but i can surely say that we see what we want to see so no specific comments on those people. I am pretty happy with the work, company and my growth.

Its a startup in India and sometimes there is ambiguity but that also provide the flexibility to everyone.

This company is labanan based company ,Startin of this company is very good but after a time span Indian managment will create mental pressure to employees ,Mobinets India is a very small team around 30 employees, but the work culture is very bad due to politic, Mental pressure is more than the work.

Miss management, when ever Owner Mr. Kosi will come to India , he will terminate rather one or two employee every time. And one interesting thing Indian Management only one Mr. Tarun will told to employee in morning to leave the company and in evening to submit all handover. i think this culture should be change.
