Everything, they ask you to work like anything, no recognition or salary hikes. Only few selected ppl of onsite managers are given hikes and recognitions. Would not recommend this company even to my enemies. Dominated by one group of ppl

did not get the correct support and career growth as well as salary they did no helped at all and still facing the problem with my PF worst experience i have ever had as a fresher in this company

It's not an IT company, no processes, no ethics, no job security. Job requirements will be changed anytime, you'll be asked to leave as you're not fit for the new role, managers even senior management have no power for any approval. It's completely useless and wasting of career to join here.

Nothing interesting to work with this company. No work from home, no onsite, no benefits, no hikes, completely useless company.

It's friendly to work and every person Is is supportive expect Hr in Igsl not in mobily

Igsl there is no growth and politicians, not allowed to grow Mobily i dont have that much experience because company gote shut down after 6 months

Company is not ready to implement new trends and technologies, still relying on old stuffs, horrible work culture and don't follow work standards, Management is the worst
