company culture, disrespect towards the employee, its an unorganised company which they dont even pay salaries on time for the employees, they are unstable for anything, will not provide required documents regarding to employement on time.

Delayed salary on 5th of every month, no proper HR management, Hr keeps changing. No proper channel of communication of shifting to other projects once ur 1st project completed. You will be relieved.

Top management doesn’t have ethics, No matter how many extra hours you put to get the job done, it’s unseen and forget about OT. No matter how many numerous things go smoothly and on time, they concentrate on very minor issues. This type of environment isn’t suitable for the Administrative dept. like Finance and HR, Due to the pressure from top management, so many HR’s have changed in one year, this company has changed to 3 offices in the span of 5 months. Strictly there is NO JOB SECURITY, one cannot work here peacefully thinking they have a good job in hand. During leaves, we get calls from work and had to connect online to the job done. Can’t even take proper leave. I have applied one sick leave in April, for that one single sick leave, they denied and had to call me to office. So many bad experiences to share, but I’m ending it here.

Only work. Can't take proper lunch break too. All positive reviews are given because they force on the job to do so.

Nothing specific but full of torcher and sleepless nights. No job security. Lot of restrictions.

Dislikes

No work life balance , toxic environment , management is not at all understandable based on the situation and force for results with no proper clients , no proper salary hikes and incentives. Most of the time goes in meetings .
