Nothing apart from salary. Dont know who likes this company.

Dislikes

Everything. Management is very poor, product has only bugs and will ask you to provide the fixes. They will have the release every alternate day and even though there are issues, they will deliver. The timelines are very poor and they commit on fly without even coming to development team.

Likes

Mobileum focuses on freshers and it’s a good company for freshers as there compensation is also highly good as compared to market. And it’s a product based company.

Dislikes

There’s no job security you can be eliminated at any point of time without any justification. You are suppose to work till late night to match the onshore timing daily as all information is with the onshore team. And to proceed in your task you need to wait for there reply. Your work will never be appreciated as if they appreciate you may ask promotion or hike. Which they don’t want to give.

In RISK product - Very limited knowledge with delivery team on products No Hike, No Variable Pay Many processes are not defined and are ad-hoc

Good place for getting telecom knowledge in industry. Good place for freshers to know basics of the application development/deployment/support using Linux

Dislikes

...isfied as if you're getting paid for such hours. Very POOR work life balance. 2. No overtime pay, even though there is policy 3. Very poor management. Politics and Regional racism is a confirm face off. 4. To some managers you have to beg for wfh/leave even though they are doing wfh FOR MONTHS. 5. In offer letter, you will see bonus pay and it is limited to that letter only. DO NOT EXPECT to see that pay in your bank. Nobody has ever received it. 6. Nothing new to learn after one year of working in the team.

Good exposure to telecom protocols. Will learn to handle task independently . Managers are helpful. You can approach anyone , if they are free, they will definitely help you.

Dislikes

...are a good developer , then expect to handle multiple products independently . Forget about variable pay. No product training . Learn while work.
