The company at the time of interview will give you salary you negotiate for but post that you would be expected to work without any clear goals. Post project completion employees are sent out. Best would be to avoid this company at all costs.

Performers and Non performers get same salary hike. Salary come on 2nd week of the month. Increment cycle is 1.5 years. No visibility for promotion.
