-Lot of learning opportunity latest technology, -Flexibility of work timing is great,seniors are great -employee friendly good appreciation and lot of benefits.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Not a pressure if you have well paying client. Salary on time. It was good place to work and with good people ( almost all left or laid-off)

Mobikode used to be a great place to work had A lister clients. With recent 2023-2024 management change, they are leaking and loosing talent left and right it's cringeworthy to look at when you are there for the most part of 3 years. - They are laying off performers with seemingly no reasons to justify. - They used to support employee till they crack a project interview (2-4 attempts) now they just want to fire. - This management, operations,HR change has ruined reputation of Mobikode as being employee-centric happy company and made it mentally stressful place to work for with no job security. - Client is always right, if you have problem with them then it must be you. Mobikode does not help you except some words, they even hint at looking for options. - Operations are either unaware or too lazy to inform that project is ending. It is either client-side manager that tells you and you confront them OR they tell you at the very last minute. No transparency at all. - I have seen people benched, stressed and then made to quit. I hope they get their act together soon.

I have been associated with this org since 5 years. Excellent projects with global customers and supportive team. However, you need to be proactive to reach out if you need any help and upgrade yourself technically for better exposure and internal project changes.

Dislikes

There is scope of improvement in HR dept as they fail to communicate the benefits and initiatives taken by the management.
