Everything's is fine but thr payout of this company is very poor . Still not getting may months salary now its july month. They never pay on time. HR and the owner of this company never reply mails Messages and calls.

1. Good Company 2. Gentle, sometimes humble behavior from all the directors/owners.Exception sales. 3. work pressure depends on luck & whether you are pressure worthy or not ! 4. if work pressure arrives no work life balance would be there. 5. a biased behavior with some sales & operation stuff . 6. job security 95% except sales (70%) 7. learning scope is there 8. constantly changing sop 9. good small company.

twelfth pass people works here as department head and managers. the regional manager physically have assaulted the juniors time and again. no rules. if any decent person joins he leaves by a year time.
