There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is abound of 2 year before which you cannot resing .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Manager are illiterate , no promotion , manager Sushil in sub assy is thief , he was an operator become manager . Sushil used to harrasss line operator girls .

All staff is worse in this company . Illiterate thief’s Engineer has no value in this organisation.

Here all the employees are supportive. Work place environment is awesome. I like professional attitude of this company.

Dislikes

Carrier growth is not good after reaching a certain level because this company as a stagnant point. Where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop there potential in order to move company forward.
