The Founder NRIs are really good. Their motto is honest.

Dislikes

One Admin executive thinks himself the HR head of the organization and the Management hold him up on their heads. Actually he is good for nothing. The surface level of the organization looks creamy but underneath it is a big hole.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
