Till June 2020 all in management were excellent engineers and good human beings. Though the salary was low, job satisfaction and relationship was excellent. The present management is captured by non engineers and they removed all good Senior engineers. Now the company is running mainly on outsourcing. But, owner of the organization, Mr. Dastur is next to God person who has been side tracked by present Management.

Dislikes

Attitude of present management. They Intentionally harash people close to earlier management.

Likes

Only one think is good that there is no scheduled time of entry, and higher authority ( not departmental) are very much conscious about corona.

Dislikes

Worst organisation for a beginner. Most of the seniors are not encouragable. Salary structure is very poor. Even before Corona period they give 50% of our salary. If you take entry here then you have to forget what is increment. No job security is here. Lastly I can tell think many times before entering in such an poor organization.

Likes

For me it has been a good experience. Got the opportunity to be mentored by some veterans in the field both in terms of technology as well as in engineering and projects. Also, got a lot of exposure since my seniors trusted in me. Hierarchy is a lot less than in other companies I've seen/worked in.

Dislikes

...gineering advancements in better times. Some effort can, however, be seen now. Salary structure needs revision to meet current expectations, extremely low in some cases.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact and I am proud as a team member of my company.I get to travel abroad ,Libya(Africa).Another plus points is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and work happily in collaboration. I also like and enjoy in my current company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow and the conditions of the company not so good in this moment.

Different types of experiences gained, work culture is ok. For civil discipline the career growth is good. Bit life balance is less. Family life is less for some people who stays in remote areas. Good opportunity to learn. For capable people, independent sites will be given, independent charges, irrespective of qualification and discipline. Because of the confidence and encouragement from our management, I had completed two sites (250Cr and 582Cr sites) and only closing of one package pending out of six packages in 1.2mtpa Pellet Plant.

Dislikes

..., for some people who is having less exposure, got promoted which is paining us. Remote areas people are not being given preference for promotions and bit more pay is needed, comparatively to comfortable sites in cities like vizag. People who is honest and loyal to the company are not being treated adequately well. With lot of dedication I have completed two sites but not adequately benefited. Very less leaves.
