You have to work according to reporting Sometime you have to report to multiple boss which is very difficult to handle in same time

Work life balance and compensation is good, but job security and management culture is terribly bad. A small organization with very humongous politics at every level.

Management culture, decision taking ability is localised with certain positions. Freedom of thinking, speech are the basic environment today to grow, which is lacking.

Presure on sales team. Sales team is one man army with 50K salary and have to fight for refund of expense . Last 1 year my 15,000 /- not cleared due to 15th Aug I submitted the expense.

They give good salary benefits and expenses.

Dislikes

No manpower as per workload in their PVC outlet. Poor staff cooperation. They are enguage in jewellery line but no enough security . Irritating work culture. No appritiation. Worst place to work.
