there not a single point/reason which i can say it's satisfactory.

Dislikes

Working hour is terrible -365 without a single holiday Morning 6-30 -7 to 8-10 Evening, No personnel and social life. even food quality is worsed, and the policy is if you want you eat eighter you can sleep without food.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
