No pressure on work. No issues on leaves and permissions depends on manager. Work life balance assured. Able to learn skills and knowledge to get better on work. Only freshers are ability to join. All the best.

...n't try to effort till graduate. Maximum 2 years experience enough to get there. No good appraisal and not a good salary package,not employee benefits too. Only management can get everything. Kolickal only sustain there. No promotions even senior grade, everyones equal 0Yrs=10,15Yrs, In appraisal also equal 1yr or 10yrs. Hence, not for experience persons.

Over work pressure depends upon the team. Salary not increase. Some times weekly 7 days have work. And we extend the 1 hour or 2 hour for the weakly two days and no given extra salary.

In interview process simple just about yourself and they will select you. Simple . Ask ur tenth or 12th mark sheets or else you have to pay 4000 rs .

Dislikes

Training period 6months you have work for the submitted 10th mark sheet. Over all 9month they will give confirm as MMC employee. If you want relive you have to work for 60days after 60days they will send you.. with out experience letter or relive letter..
