In covid times they didn't fired anyone. No salry deductions

Dislikes

...dates has been suffered including me. Managers are totally hypocrite in nature. Doesn't come to field just chilling and enjoying their salary while sitting at home or at Restro & Bar that's too on company Expenses. If you want to learn something in field of surgical under no guidance then you can join it.

The management sitting abroad has no idea how the ORS division is working and how they treat to their employees, Taking the credit of work and later on removing the employees is something common in ORS division. Management needs to see why this division is not improving while looking how their NSM in different locations knows to manage employees and same goes with country head.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, work starts at 7 in the morning and goes till late night 2:30-3 at the night. Have to listen from the Management that they are paying 60k-70k and it's seems that the Managers are themselves paying it. No Joint work as the NSM will be bussy with his household work and will call u 20 Times a day without reason and will only demotivate you.

No Growth... No any working environment... Manager always tease you about your personal life and he will going to tease you about your family also... Always demorlizing the right candidate... Nothing to learn something new... All senior people can work from home... But there are only 5 people in the headoffice... Sales Manager, Country manager, Product Manager and and a pentry boy... I worked there as a Sales & Marketing Support Executive... All people can work from home just only 1 person can't work from home... That's really pathetic guyz... Manager will ask you to go and work in store which is in basement of the building... Instead of asking about your profile and growth...
