There's a highly toxic work culture here. From day one, they'll mentally exhaust you with unnecessary pressure. The director is from IIT, but even he doesn't understand that people need time to adjust to the environment. I'm speaking from personal experience - I lost my job after joining this company. They terminated me on day 2, without any valid reason. There's no HR policy in place here, and the HR department is more focused on sales rather than employee welfare. If you're thinking of joining this company, think again. Whatever job you're doing right now, just stick to it. Trust me, you don't want to end up like me - jobless and stressed after just two days."

MLA Group of industry is a very compatative industry. Managing Director Sumit Agrawal ji is very supportive and provide relevant knowledge about the product manufacturing process by himself. Management is good.Factory manager Mr. Jitendra Jaiswal is very effective in nature.
