* Nothing to like anything. * Terrible work culture. * No salary on time for each & every month (only reason may change but same things). * Suddenly changed the rules no HR policy. * Too much pressure for every one. * KRA & KPI sheets like a joke, they even don't know how to select KPI's.

* They give monthly salary in 2 steps ( just like installments 😂). * Too much politics in the office. * As i am new there so i dont know the local areas, but still they told me to take a local bus for travel even i dont know Telagu language. * At the time of leaving they promised me to clear my salary after 3 months, so i waited and then they suddenly changed. And denied to pay the salary.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
