I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

WFH. There is nothing to like at all, it's not a company but a experiment.

Dislikes

...F, no insurance, no leave policy, no benefits. HR non existent and unresponsive. Salary too low. Salaries not paid on time. Extreme Micromanagement. Exit formalities not followed nor the F&F provided. No culture. No values. No vision. No structure. Diwali bonus was Rs. 500(shameful). It's a one man show being run by CEO if he can be called one Seshu Madabushi, extreme micromanagement and no people skills nor experience (no wonder he's run 3 previous startups in the ground so far). Attrition at 70% DO NOT JOIN!

Company is not at employee centric ! He likes micromanagement.doesn’t give employees space to work. Working here was like a race someone will be literally chasing from behind all the time.moreover the company didn’t do any ful and final settlement aswell. If we contact them Then they don’t respond.worst company worst culture.
