... working hours is 16 hours. 2.All seven days is a working days,No sunday off. 3.Delay in salary. 4.Daily meeting after 10:00 pm 5.Project Director always use to mis conduct and mis behave with there employees. 6.No medical facilities. 7.No bonus,No increament,if u will ask for increament then they will ask you to leave the job. 8.No job security any time they will ask you to leave the job without any intimation. 9.After serving notice period while leaving job ,they will not clear your full and final settlement. 10.No extra benefits... I think this much is enough to dislike MKC.

Mkc infrastructure is Really a company. i came to learn a lot from that company as a fresher. but i also found some sort of politics here but we can over come it . overall good seniors and reporting managers so i have good exp. working with mkc infra so far.

Strict Timings No any Other benefits like Diwali Gifts, Incentives, Festival Celebrations , PF Deduction is compulsory which makes our in hand salary even lesser. All Saturday working Very Important: Delayed Salary By 20-25 days Every Month

Unfortunately, my experience at MKC Infrastructure Ltd was marred by delayed salary payments, poor work-life balance, strict timings, and an exhausting 6-day work week. Sometimes, these issues made it challenging for me to maintain my physical and mental well-being.

1. Late Salary Date 2. The Office timing is very long those are coming from long distance . 3. There is work going on Saturday that should be stopped. 4. The company provide very little CL,PL,SL and also Public Holidays. 5. The company provide very very little Increment in Salary.
