...by all family members. No corporate culture here. They ask for bond of 2 years. Salary delay of 2 months. No medical benefts. 11 hours of work and except sunday no leave. One leave for every one month worked only. Attrition rate is 95Percent, peiple join and leave before theie confiemation. Never ran a big road peojects, so doesnt know how to manage employee. No one works more than 3 months. Salary very less compared to other road infra. No increments. PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY🙏

As above. As nothing is good in company to like. Doesnt gives dues after you resign your services.

Mkc infrastructure is Really a company. i came to learn a lot from that company as a fresher. but i also found some sort of politics here but we can over come it . overall good seniors and reporting managers so i have good exp. working with mkc infra so far.

Strict Timings No any Other benefits like Diwali Gifts, Incentives, Festival Celebrations , PF Deduction is compulsory which makes our in hand salary even lesser. All Saturday working Very Important: Delayed Salary By 20-25 days Every Month

Unfortunately, my experience at MKC Infrastructure Ltd was marred by delayed salary payments, poor work-life balance, strict timings, and an exhausting 6-day work week. Sometimes, these issues made it challenging for me to maintain my physical and mental well-being.

1. Late Salary Date 2. The Office timing is very long those are coming from long distance . 3. There is work going on Saturday that should be stopped. 4. The company provide very little CL,PL,SL and also Public Holidays. 5. The company provide very very little Increment in Salary.
