Company pay less attention to their employees. Payment late around 15-20 days. Do not give increment after 6 months as they said during interview.

As such no good thing has been found but one thing you can admit amount of pressure you can handle here will make you strong and focus if you take it in a positive manner. Rest nothing good you can find in it.

Most important we work for money the salary is to late. No one can take a stand for you. There is a tremendous politics among the colleagues. Even if you are right you will be always proved wrong just to satisfy thier ego. You will be abused by all means. If you are leaving on time it will be considered as you are leaving early. You will have no work peace not even single day. They never make the payments of the supplier and ask you to create a new vendor but for that you have to do some sort of transaction but they never provide you any sort of fund. The supplier will start torchering you for the payments they never make payments to the agreed terms and conditions and will start blaming you for not bring the material on time.

No salary at time…no food and travel expenses on time…No holiday…only do work day night….seniors don’t care about that…he only say that “ HA TO KYA HUA… ye to karna hi padega” …If you apply for the leave then seniors look you like want to both kidneys of them
