1. They provide lots of educational training so u can make use of that. 2. Great opportunity for freshers to start they are career.

1. No Salary revision as per roles and responsibilities. 2. They will promote higher position but salary remains same as previous position. 3. Lots of politics.. 4. Company is good but poor management.

Company management is quite good enough,work culture is as friendly as well and also company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow

Nothing much factory setups are good but the management is poor.

No appreciation to work. No work saftey anything can happen any day. Not a place for professionals as it's run by managers who has no technical knowledge and are best at screaming and no professional background aswell.

Likes

The company is good for freshers and big plus is work life balance and work culture. Another good thing is my colleagues are from different cultural background. I like transparency in business.

Dislikes

The management looking for change but the team leaders and HODs are not ready for that. One big problem I faced is MD involvement in every processes and question staffs for the progress which let all employees in discomfort. One of the crucial thing is there is a possibility of immediate depromotion or sometimes termination might happen.
