Dr Mittal has dide in corrona last two year and Hospital atleast closed permanently but I had done my work very conseusly and enjoy my work

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

There is nothing to say dislike there because hospital is very nice and I had care all pation this is 10 to 15 bed hospital we had used 5 bed in emergence

One of the best company in Ajmer City. Great exposure locally. Director are in direct touch with every employee. Employer are not only employee they are a part of Mittal Family. I also like the good employee re-hire policy.

Financial deduction policy against breaking discipline. Differentiate between Medical & Non-Medical Staff. No work appreciation & appraisals policy. Restriction in self decision.
