High office politics- office politics is quite high, particularly among head of department. it seem that to success one must be in good graces of the right people which fosters a culture of favoritisms rather than merit. They made the environment very restrict , regular monitoring by Indian colleagues rather than Japanese management. HOD's often make life difficult with numerous rules and restriction. seems life Hitler era. Even the salary increment percentage is strange here - for junior is below 10% for AM to DM 10-15% and for HOD's 15-20% Strange Workload to juniors- Juniors often find themselves with load of tasks which lead to mistakes. Instead of providing support and guidance these mistakes are highlighted to senior management, creating stress environment. Software and process- Company is MNC and uses SAP but the process are largely manual. This inefficiency makes it difficult to modify or generate reports. Management support- Japanese management style at the company does not adequately support junior employees. Despite raising concern there is no improvement in providing the necessary guidance and resources

Alternate Saturday OFF and Getting paid if you work on that days.

Dislikes

Bias and partiality inside the management. Toxic management. Deserving candidate not getting good increment due to Manager is Biased and racist to Gujarati Employees and always protect himself in front of management. Management is not doing same for all employees always changes policy in special cases for HOD'S.

Company & Group is very nice but working culture inside company is not good Also day by day policies changeing and facilities of employees are decreasing & sallary increment also day by day decreasing. Management is not doing same for all employees always changes policy in special cases..... so not matter policies rule for management. If they want to change at any time it will be changed......
